Patient Flow for Ningen Dock

Nippon Health coordinates your entire Ningen Dock experience from first inquiry to results. Agent support is added only if needed (visa, interpretation).

  1. Contact Nippon Health – Send us your details.

  2. Free consultation & package selection – We recommend the right hospital, package, and timing.

  3. Book & pay with Nippon Health – Secure payment and confirmation via Nippon Health website.

  4. We arrange hospital & paperwork – We handle bookings and medical forms; an additional agent will assist with visa and on-site interpretation if required.

  5. Travel to Japan & complete Ningen Dock – Your check-up is performed in Japan.

  6. Results & follow-up in Vietnam – Receive examination reports, translated into English / Vietnamese by Nippon Health.

Documentation

To process your Ningen Dock health check, some necessary documentation will be required.This could include, but is not limited to, the following documents.

  • Medical referrals from your physician in Vietnam

  • Any medical records relating to your health check

  • Japanese Tourist Visa Application

    • Valid passport

    • Visa application form

    • 1 Photo

    • Flight itinerary with the flight number and date of arrival and departure to and from Japan

    • Proof of ability to pay travel expenses during your stay in Japan

    • Itinerary in Japan
