Ningen Dock
Japan’s gold standard in preventive health — a full-body ‘inspection’ before illness strikes.
Ningen Dock is a comprehensive health check-up conducted in Japan.
Ningen means human in Japanese, and Dock (in English) means a facility for inspecting and repairing ships.
Inspired by ship inspections, Japan created the Ningen Dock in 1954 to check the body thoroughly before illness appears. It’s a one- or two-day program of advanced scans and specialist consultations — giving you clarity and peace of mind.
It combines the expertise of experienced physicians with advanced diagnostic technologies such as MRI, CT scans, and endoscopy.
Why It’s an Investment
“Studies show that for certain cancers, early detection can increase 5-year survival rates to over 90% — for example, breast cancer (99%) and colon cancer (91%) when caught at an early stage. ”
We insure cars, houses, and even phones. But the most valuable investment is in our health — because without it, nothing else holds value.
Annual Cost of Ningen Dock
$1.5K-3.5K
Cost of Late-stage Treatment
$100K-500K+
One proactive step now can save years of treatment later
Prevention is a lifestyle of the wise, blending health, travel, and lasting wellness.

A stress electrocardiogram adds exercise (e.g., stair stepping) to uncover circulation problems that may not appear on a resting ECG.
Echocardiogram (cardiac ultrasound)
An echocardiogram checks the heart’s shape and function to find issues such as enlargement or valve disease.
Caroited ultrasound

Head Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA)
This technique creates detailed images of the brain and its blood vessels. It helps physicians to identify small strokes, growths, or weak vessel areas at an early stage.
-
Chest X-ray and chest computed tomography (CT usually for age 40 and above)

Upper endoscopy (esophagus, stomach, first part of small intestine)

Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) focusing on bile duct and pancreas MRI
Focuses on the bile ducts and pancreas to clarify suspected blockages or stones. The procedure guides next steps when standard ultrasound or blood tests are unclear.
-
Bone density measurement (for women only) to assess bone strength.
-
Mammogram (age 40 and above) or breast ultrasound (typically under 40)
Age-appropriate imaging to look for small breast changes. It helps increase the chance of detecting breast cancer earlier
Breast magnetic resonance imaging (Breast MRI)
Provides a deeper look, especially helpful for higher-risk or dense breast tissue. This can improve detection of cancers that are hard to see on other tests.
