Who is this package for?
The leading cause of death among Japanese people is malignant disease (cancer), accounting for approximately 30% of deaths (2023 figure). Therefore, one of the main purposes of a health checkup is the early detection of cancer. This course is for adults who want a 1-day check-up to assess overall health. Suitable for both men and women.
Gastroscopy (with sedation) is included as an option on top of this standard package.
What this package will reveal about your health?
By conducting detailed screening of the respiratory system (lungs), and abdominal organs (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, kidneys), it is effective in the early detection of cancers occurring in these organs. In addition, it includes a PSA test for men, and a mammogram and gynecological examination for women, making it effective for the early detection of prostate cancer in men and breast and gynecological cancers in women.
The program also includes the option for gastroscopy, which allows doctors to visually examine the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum. This can help identify inflammation, ulcers, or other structural changes that may not be visible through standard imaging alone.
Key tests included:
General consultation
Body measurement (height, weight, body fat, blood pressure, waist, etc.)
Blood test
Urinalysis
Stool test
Chest X-ray and Chest CT (age 40+)
Visceral fat scan
Electrocardiogram (ECG)
Pulmonary function test
Abdominal ultrasound
[optional] Gastroscopy (with sedation)
Ophthalmoscopy and tonometry (eye exam);
Female-only items: Bone density, mammography (≥40) or breast ultrasound (<40), Pap smear & vaginal ultrasound.

Who this is for?
Adults who want a more advanced health check that includes brain imaging and screening of the brain’s blood vessels. This package is particularly suitable for individuals with high stress, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, or a family history of stroke.
What this reveals about your health
Cerebrovascular disease remains one of the leading causes of serious illness and long-term disability, while many digestive and lifestyle-related conditions can also progress silently before symptoms appear. Risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, obesity, smoking, and aging may contribute to abnormalities in the brain, blood vessels, and internal organs.
This course combines essential health screening with detailed evaluation of the upper digestive tract and brain. In addition to sedated gastroscopy (optional), it includes head MRI/MRA to assess the brain and cerebral blood vessels for early signs of stroke risk, vascular abnormalities, or other structural concerns.
Key tests included
Everything in Basic Health Screen (ID1-①)
[optional] Gastroscopy (with sedation)
Brain MRI / MRA

Who this is for?
Adults with high stress, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, or a family history of heart disease or stomach problems who want a more thorough check of their heart and digestive health in a single day.
What this reveals about your health
The second leading cause of death among Japanese people is heart disease, and the fourth leading cause is cerebrovascular disease, which together account for approximately 30% of all deaths (2023 data).
Arteriosclerosis is the underlying condition of heart disease and cerebrovascular disease. Arteriosclerosis progresses in a complex manner due to many risk factors, including obesity, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, smoking, and aging. While asymptomatic in the early stages, it can eventually lead to serious, potentially fatal illnesses such as myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction.
This course helps detect early signs of heart function or valve abnormalities, and checks for inflammation, ulcers, or other digestive concerns. It also includes all essential screenings from the 1-day Basic Health Package.
Key tests included
Everything in Basic Health Screen
Cardiac ultrasound
[optional] Gastroscopy (with sedation)
Brain MRI / MRA)
