What happens during your Ningen Dock visit?
Before you arrive
We prepare a pre-arrival package with the paperwork, hospital instructions, and important notices you need before your visit. If your medical history requires extra preparation, we walk you through the hospital’s guidance clearly, so you can arrive fully prepared, with the right precautions in place for your check-up day.
Your day at NTT Medical Center Tokyo
You arrive in the morning and are greeted by an English-speaking interpreter who stays with you throughout the day. Your visit moves through a coordinated sequence of tests and scans covering blood work, imaging, and organ function. Before you leave, a physician sits with you to walk through your initial findings.
Your report and What comes next
A complete written medical report is sent to you within two to four weeks, delivered to your email, or by post if you are still in Japan. We stay available after your visit to answer questions, assist with any additional examination requests, and help with payment arrangements where needed.
