Request to change / cancel your booking request

We understand that your plans may change, and we aim to make the process of updating or cancelling your booking as straightforward as possible. Please read the following information carefully before making a change request.

1. Rescheduling Your Check-Up

You may change your appointment once after payment. Please inform us at least 7 days before your confirmed check-up date. Rescheduling is subject to the hospital’s availability. Our team will contact the hospital on your behalf and confirm the new date within 48 hours.

If you need to make changes, you may contact us by email or phone. Please include your booking reference and your new preferred date.

2. Cancelling Your Booking

If you decide to cancel your check-up after payment, the following refund conditions apply:

  • More than 14 days before the confirmed date: Full refund (transaction and currency conversion fees will be deducted).

  • Between 7–13 days before the confirmed date: 50% refund (after deducting related transaction fees).

  • Within 7 days of the confirmed date or if you do not attend: No refund.

Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method and typically take several days to appear in your account.

3. When a Refund is Automatically Issued

If the hospital is unable to accommodate any of the three dates you originally proposed at the time of booking, Nippon Health will issue a full refund of your payment. This refund will not be subject to any cancellation or handling fees.

4. Important Notes

  • Changes and cancellations are confirmed only after the hospital provides written acknowledgment.

  • All refunds are issued in USD. Any difference caused by your bank’s exchange rate or international transaction fee will be absorbed by you.

  • If your booking was made through another agent or travel partner on your behalf, their handling terms may apply.

  • Nippon Health reserves the right to decline repeat change requests or last-minute cancellations that fall outside this policy.
